On Monday at the beach

On Monday I went to the beach in Paihia with my mum and my little sister.

When we got there we were so happy and when we got out of the truck we ran straight into the waves. Big waves came. We got pushed to the bottom under the waves. We saw little crabs. One tried to pinch me but it went back into the sand when I tried to grab it. When we came back up we had a race back to the sand. I had to give my little sister a head start. We raced as fast as we could up the beach. We both won our race, we tied. We were so tired so we went to get changed then we had a rest in the hot sun. We drank water in the hot sun. Then we went to find some shade under the tree. We felt so hot. Then we went home and had a feed. Then we all went to sleep.

On Saturday morning me, my sister and dad went to the pools in Whangarei. It was so much fun.

Then we went into the big pool.  At one end, it was so deep that I could not even touch the bottom of the pool.

Next we went into the spa pool and it was very warm. There was a long chair in the spa pool. Thatś where I sat.  I was in that pool for a long time.

Then we went to the showers to wash the chlorine off. After that we were going to the park but it was raining so we went home. Then we went to make sure that we were warm until the rain went away. After that we went to get fish and chips and it was so yum that we were so full. Next we had a rest then the rain stopped. 

I thought my whole day was amazing.
