Recount Wrting On Saturday

On Saturday
On Saturday morning I went with my family to the pools in Auckland.
First when I was at the pools I changed into my togs. I felt happy.
Next I went to the pool and I jumped in. I had a swim and it was awesome.
Then I got out of the pool and we went to my uncleś place.  I played on the tramp.  
After that we ate fish and chips and it was so yummy.
Finally I got to go to sleep.
We were learning about…Recount Writing it is so fun.
I found it easy to...say when my story happened.
I found it hard to...to write some juicy words.
I really enjoyed...learning about Recount Writing.

Next time I need to…write faster.

The Maori people lived in NZ first.

The English people came from England

to live in NZ.

The people started fighting.

The Maori chiefs talked to the king.

The king sent James Busby

and William Hobson to help.

They had a meeting with the Maori chiefs.

They made some rules to keep NZ safe.

They agreed with the rules and they

signed the treaty.
